The roller bed is systematically combined with the double speed chain to transport finished products and empty battery trays, with stable operation, simple control and strong maintenance universality. The conveying system includes battery temperature control detection and real-time feedback to the customer's central control system for risk alarm, and realizes early warning and early removal of risk batteries to safe areas with offline devices.

 The intelligent transfer device, together with the camera system, will automatically transfer the battery to the mating assembly or transfer battery tray. The device includes XY linear and Z-axis rotation floating correction functions to ensure efficient, high-precision, high-stability and safe docking and transfer. The battery assembly project of our company is currently mainly used in the assembly workshop of oil to electric vehicles.
