The loading and unloading transfer slide is designed to carry up to 5000kg, and can move horizontally flexibly to ensure the docking with EMS lifting spadder and forklift unloading.

 The assembly roller table adopts the friction wheel set off type, and each roll bed is designed with its own stopper according to the station length, which can ensure the automatic and manual efficient switching of the line body, making the assembly line operation more flexible.

 EMS lifting spreader is used for transfer between the final assembly line and the loading and unloading slide. It runs automatically in the air, while the transfer position is semi-automatic when man-machine operation is considered. It automatically drops to the middle position and the operator takes over the follow-up action, and automatically rises to the high position after the operation is completed.
